Security
Where is our data stored?
RiskChallenger runs on the Google Cloud Platform in Belgium (region europe-west1). Our database is hosted on a Cloud SQL instance, entirely within the European Union. For questions, please contact us via livechat.
Who can I notify in case of a security problem?
You can report security issues by sending an e-mail to security@riskchallenger.nl.
Where can I see my active sessions?
- Go to the home screen of the RiskChallenger app.
- Click the three dots at the top right and choose Account.
- Under the Security tab, you will find an overview of your active sessions, including device type, approximate location, last used and the option to revoke access.
Is RiskChallenger ISO27001 and ISO9001 certified?
Yes, we are certified for both. It is possible to request the Statement of Applicability (SoA). Please contact us for this.
Can you see my data?
Only employees with security clearance and your specific authorisation have access to your data.
What login options does RiskChallenger support?
You can login to RiskChallenger with:
- Password (optional met 2FA)
- Microsoft-account
