How can I create a user account?
If your company does not yet have a RiskChallenger license, you cannot create an account yourself. Instead, contact RiskChallenger and one of our colleagues will be able to help you. If your company already has a RiskChallenger license, an internal employee responsible for accounts and work profiles can usually help you.

How can I archive a project?
Only organisation administrators can archive projects. This can be done via the admin panel. As an administrator, navigate to the specific environment in which the project is located, select the project and choose archive.
I didn’t receive my “onboarding” email. How can I request a new one?
Resending an onboarding e-mail can only be done by your organisation's administrators. They can do this through the admin panel. Contact an administrator within your organisation to arrange this
How can I hard delete a project?
Permanent deletion of a project can only be done by organisation administrators. In the admin panel, the administrator can open the appropriate environment, select the project and choose the permanent deletion option.
Can I use RiskChallenger for free?
Yes, you can request a free trial of our software here. The trial version is free to use for one month. After this period, you can switch to one of our paid licenses.
Does RiskChallenger work for every device?
Our software works best on laptops, desktops and tablets. As for browsers, we support Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge for an optimal user experience.
