Brainstorming
Is the data automatically saved when I close a brainstorm in my browser?
Yes, the data is saved automatically. If the brainstorm is not closed in the app, you can restart it later.
How long does a brainstorm stay open?
A brainstorm remains open until the facilitator closes it.
Can I customise the canvas background of a brainstorm?
Currently, you can only turn a grid on or off. You can find this option in the top left of the brainstorming screen.
Can I merge risks during a brainstorm without retyping the information?
Yes, you can drag a risk and place it on top of another risk. The information from both risks will be merged.
Do users need a RiskChallenger account to join a brainstorming session?
No that is not necessary, users can participate via a session PIN or a personal link they receive by e-mail.
Can I start a brainstorm with existing risks?
Yes, when starting, you can select the desired risks under the Risks tab. Currently, up to 30 risks can be included.
I would like to start a brainstorm where I can move and group the risks, how can I do this?
When starting a brainstorm, you can enable the Place Freely option to move and group risks.
Can I modify existing risks included in a brainstorm?
No, existing risks cannot be modified during a brainstorm.
