Import en export

When importing, check that you are using the template offered in the import screen. Common problems are an incorrect file structure or a different design of the uploaded file.

Check that you have entered the data in the import template correctly. If no error messages appear but the problem persists, contact us via the livechat.

Yes, you can export a file in two standard formats:

  1. Our standard format
  2. Our standard format with merged cells for better readability.

You can also control which risks are exported by filtering them in advance. In that case, choose Filtered risks instead of All risks.

You can import files in two ways:

  1. Start new file with a spreadsheet:
  • Go to the environment, click New file and select the Import spreadsheet option.
  1. Import into an existing file:
  • Open the risk file and click the three dots at the top right.
  • Select Import, download the import template and fill in your Excel data correctly in the columns indicated.
  • Upload the completed template to import the data
